Our production chain, located in Sotkamo, Kainuu region, is unique. We have the largest nickel reserves in Europe. Responsibly produced battery chemicals are produced through several different stages of production, in the same factory area. Our battery chemicals plant is one of the largest in the world. So with us you can learn and progress in your career endlessly!
We are pioneers. We utilize bioleaching in nickel sulphate production as the only one in the world. This guarantees a low carbon footprint for our product. For us, developing is part of our everyday work. Terrafame's personnel are united not only by persistence, but also by ingenuity.

We organize our shifts so that you can fit into your life what is most important — your family and hobbies. Our shift work mostly revolves around a 4-6 rhythm, where four 12-hour days are followed by six days off. So you have a long free period for recovery every shift cycle. On the day shift, you can take advantage of flexible working hours. Our pay is fair and our successes are rewarded with bonuses.
